Postdoctoral Programme
The general objective of the Postdoctoral Programme is to improve the level the scientific and technological excellence at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Its specific goal is to further enhance advanced research skills of postdoctoral researchers under the supervision of an experimented researcher who needs to be a faculty member. The project has to be carried out in the schools, institutes, museums and further bodies belonging to the university.
In order to participate in the programme, the applicant should make sure to be in compliance with the requirements as set forth in Regulation 7406/2017 issued by the Office of the Provost for Research at USP. The admission process is conducted by the Research Commission operating at the faculty level. Specific questions should be addressed preferably directly to the USP local international offices. Only applicants who already obtained a PhD are eligible.
