CLIMATE
Natal has a tropical climate with high temperatures all over the year. Being sunny most of the time, temperatures are between 29°C and 32°C, while the minimum is around 20°C. Dry season is from September to January and the rainy season is from February to August.

The temperature of sea water ranges from 26°C on average (in winter) to 28°C (in summer).

GASTRONOMY
Most of the restaurants are located in Ponta Negra beach and they have a menu filled with seafood delicacies, like moquecas, salted meat, cassava, couscous, lamb and green beans. For dessert, you can taste tapioca, sweet candy cashew and sweet cheese and banana.

ELECTRICITY
Voltage is 220 V in Natal. Power frequency is 60 Hz.

HOW TO GET TO NATAL
The International Airport of Natal — Governador Aluízio Alves (NAT), in the city of São Gonçalo do Amarante, is 24 km from Natal’s downtown and 35 km from the symposium venue.

It takes about 1 hour to the hotel eSuites Vila do Mar.
